We made it through another year and it’s time to take a brief pause.
It’s been a roller coaster year of bidding peaks and troughs. From rail and highways to construction frameworks and housing bids there is plenty to look back on. Behind the strategy workshops, answer planning, writing and reviews we’ve got so much to be grateful for.
What we’re thankful for
The people who’ve shown up, shared ideas, kept things moving, made time for small talk and helped us have some fun in the heat of bidding.
Our clients, who’ve challenged us, encouraged us and given us the opportunity to create work that we are really proud of.
The wins and the lessons we’ve learnt along the way.
Why this matters
Research shows that gratitude is linked to wellbeing and resilience. In our experience, when you notice what’s working and the things you are thankful for, more good things start to seek you out.
So as the year wraps up, take a minute. Think about the family and friends that picked you up after one of those crazy weeks. The colleague that supported you when you needed an extra pair of hands or a friendly ear.
Thanks for being part of our year. We’ll see you in 2026 creating more to be thankful for.
